Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings
1 | can | (16-ounce) salmon drained, flaked | |

1/2 | cup | dry bread crumbs | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Kraft Real Mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | chopped onion | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chopped celery | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | chopped green pepper | |
|
|||
1 | egg, beaten | ||
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
Cucumber Sauce | |||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Kraft Real Mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | dairy sour cream | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | finely chopped cucumber | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | chopped onion | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | dill weed | |
|
Combine ingredients except Cucumber Sauce; mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes.
Cucumber Sauce Recipe: Combine ingredients; mix well. Serve with baked Salmon Loaf.
