1 | cup | bread crumbs | |

1/2 | cup | barbecue sauce | |
|
|||
2 | eggs, slightly beaten | ||
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
6 | slices | bacon | |
|
In large bowl combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape meat loaf in center of 13x9 inch baking dish. Lay one slice bacon on top of meat loaf, draping ends over sides and tucking under loaf. Repeat with remaining bacon, evenly covering top of meat loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes or until done.
